If you need any advice before placing your order or require swatches we will be
pleased to assist you.
Delivery Information
There is a standard delivery charge of £4.75 on all orders.
Orders will arrive within seven days of receipt of order unless an item is out
of stock in which case we will notify you immediately with an anticipated
delivery date.
If you need something urgently please contact us and we will do our best to help
you.
Orders can be despatched overseas, once we have received your order we will
e-mail you to advise you of the additional courier costs which will be charged
at cost.
Terms & Conditions
We are sure you will be happy with your order - however if for any reason you
are not and would like to return it or exchange it please let us know within
seven days of receipt of order and return the goods within ten days to:
Tonder & Tonder Bryants Farm, Dunsden, Nr Reading, Berkshire RG4 9PB.
All postage costs to be covered by the customer unless there is a fault with the
product in which case we will refund the full cost of the order plus postage.
Tonder & Tonder are not responsible for returned goods that are lost or
damaged in transit. We recommend using a delivery service that requires a
signature upon receipt.
