Delivery Information

Standard UK Delivery £3.75 (Orders should be received within 7 days of receipt of order)

Next Day / Urgent Deliveries UK £7.75 (Please call before 12 noon before ordering to confirm availability).

Orders will arrive within seven days of receipt of order unless an item is out of stock in which case we will notify you immediately with an anticipated delivery date.

International Orders

Orders can be despatched overseas for £20.00.

Terms & Conditions

We are sure you will be happy with your order – however if for any reason you are not and would like to return it or exchange it please let us know within seven days of receipt of order and return the goods within ten days to:

All postage costs to be covered by the customer unless there is a fault with the product in which case we will refund the full cost of the order plus postage.

Tonder & Tonder are not responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a delivery service that requires a signature upon receipt.
